A perfectionist, Roman, has imported spices for his spice blends from all five continents direct into the Czech Republic, each of the highest quality from their respective regions. Sourced by Trumf to Roman’s exact requirements, the spices are collected in such countries where they have the best sensory profile, for example: red paprika (pepper) from Hungary, black pepper from India etc.
