Noem Arch Restaurant in Brno
In February of 2008 has been opened my first creation - my first fine dining restaurant concept with Euro - Asian Cuisine located in Brno, the second largest city in the Czech Republic, called Noem Arch. The restaurant is part of a design hotel of the same name.
The city of Brno is situated in South Moravia – southeast from Prague and only over an hour away from Vienna! You can read more about this city at www.brno.cz.
Noem Arch restaurant has 80 seats and an outside 60 seats lounge patio with beautiful bar made out of “Liberty” boat construction. Inside the restaurant you will find an aquarium with live lobsters you can pick for dinner and a massive wooden bar for pre-drinks.
